Hi all. I just need alittle support.
We are trying ti homeschool (we as in me). I have a 4.5 yo 2.5 yo and a newborn now. My parents recently started saying/suggesting prek for my dd1. Saying she needs more socialization...

Were transitioning from a family of four to five now and shes going thru alot of change...obviously.
I feel whole heartedly i wanna home school and am bummed by the comments. We go to library 2x a week..she was in gymnastics last spring (we will resume). And we visit aquarium/zoo/nature center. I am trying to sort out why they think she needs more socialization and my mom gave me an example if the night (my dds first night sleeping over there house BTW when i was at hospital ) they walked up to the corner store and the cashier was teasing her about taking her chips and dd1 was shy and hid her face. Well my humble opinion is i teach my kids not to talk to strangers.and it was her first sleep over away awhile i was having her new baby brother..and my mom took her to a store and the cashier said he was going to take her chips. Lol id be upset too. I guess im just saying i know home school kids need socialization but i feel like we get it. And i feel like i owe her slack bc we are transitioning/going thru alot....
