My husband should buy stock in this company for the sheer volume of Cheez-Its crackers he consumes. I have been dutifully entering codes for a year or more and today, having amassed 42k, I got 6 $5 Starbucks e-gift cards that I transferred to my regular Starbucks card. I get the crackers at outlet stores, at around half price, so that has helped.

Starbucks cards have a rewards program, too, so you can basically take the points, turn them into Starbucks money and then get "Stars" for every dollar you spend at Starbucks. Starbucks also has promotions and double star days.

It's really useful when you can transfer the values that you earn in one non-cash venue into another. Those of you who do the Swagbucks thing probably could tell me plenty about this, but I've been sitting on those Kelloggs points for a while and feel pretty pleased to see the balance of my Starbucks card over $30 now.

Does anyone else have tips or experiences using this or similar reward programs?

I have tried this product, I did a trial run for 2 weeks, and lost 13 pounds. I am going to begin it again, continuously, at the end of this week. My first 2 weeks was with NO exercise.
