I know it's a little early but here's a heads up for some cheap Flonase.

It will be on sale $22.96. There will be another $10/1 coupon in the paper. This week both me and my mom got a $4 Rite Aid receipt coupon for $4 off.

That brings it down to $8.96 (even a bit cheaper with gold). Then you will get both the $2 and $4 offers on Ibotta, so now you're down to $2.96. I wouldn't be surprised to see a SS offer for it, too, so that could potentially make it free or even better than free.
